(€4.95 shipping / transaction costs) 2. Pay online, pick it up in store. (free shipping / transaction costs) 3. Don't pay online, pick up in store, pay on pickup. (free shipping / transaction costs) 4. Don't pay online, get it delivered at home, pay on delivery. (€17.95 shipping / transaction costs) How do I achieve this? The first option is ok, it just adds €4.95, and if you paid it, the order is placed. The second option is also no problem, it just doesn't add anything. You can just pay, then the order is placed and you can pick it up in the store. The third option IS a problem. How can an order be placed without paying online? Also the fourth option is a problem. How can €17.95 be added to the total, and then place the order without paying online? How do I achieve this. There is also a problem with carriers. I have 4 carriers but only 2 are showing.
