boba7523 Posted April 5, 2014 Share Posted April 5, 2014 PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.2 Connect to UPS Module v1.3.3 Hi everyone, I just installed Connect to UPS Module and have set everything up; it said even said "Connect to UPS is configured and online!" However, when I went to checkout to see what shipping choices I have, it displays "No carrier has been made available for this selection." In my back office under shipping --> carriers, there are no carriers at all. I don't think I need this since I'm using the UPS module correct? Also, when configuring the Connect to UPS module, what is the difference between "Your UPS Login" and "Your UPS ID?" Aren't they both the same? The info given to me by UPS are my 1.) username, 2.) password, 3.) account #, and 4.) API key. When I used Magento, I had to enter all 4 of these, and I was able to grab rates from UPS just fine... Hope someone can help me with this as I've been at it for hours and have Googled everything but nothing works... If I add a shipping provider via back office --> shipping --> carriers, it works... But the rates is fixed (set by myself). That isn't practical at all... Looking for any help/pointers guys. Much appreciated! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
