Looking for someone who can made article/news script or module/plugin for prestashop

I am looking for article module or pluginin for prestashop.

Here are some features I would like to have:

I general I am looking for something that looks like PrestaNews module but more advanced (http://www.prestastore.com/front-office-features/169-front-office-features-prestanews.html). I like the design of those blocks (short version and large version) and I think by adding few features or creating something similar with additional features could be very useful module/plugin for prestashop.

I would like that articles/news could be sorted in categories, similar like products. There would be special block that would list these categories. If you click on the particular category articles would have to be listed (and paginated on 10 per site) in short version (like in PrestaNews) on new page with the option of read more for each article. Than if you would click on article it would open whole article...

The frontpage would have to show last 3 or more (adjustable) articles/news (short version) with option at end of them with something like "see all articles" or something similar. This button and the title of the block (similar as suppliers and manufacturers block) would send you to new page where all categories of articles are listed.

Additionally there could be some extra options like "featured article" that could (short version) show in some block (left or right) or could be even put at the top of last three articles (this is even better).

It would be great if articles could have SEO friendly urls.
