Sajjad A Posted March 25, 2014 Share Posted March 25, 2014 Hi I have my customers abandoning cards due to below issue can any one help me Problem: Customers do Guest Checkout and when they fill personnel details and click 'save' the cost of each products changes in "SHOPPING CART SUMMARY" . Each product is shown with tax added example I add one product to the cart, Before adding any infor to guest checkout I see below details in cart summary Skin Care Lotion - 2oz $13.25 <<<< THE COST DISPLAYED HERE IS COST OF PRODUCT WITHOUT TAX Total products: $13.25 Shipping: $0.0 Total (tax excl.): $13.25 Total tax: $0.00 Total: $13.25 I add guest checkout information and click 'save' then I find blow where one can see the products original cost of 13.25 $ is shown as 14.35$ - which is a bug Skin Care Lotion - 2oz $14.34 <<<< THE COST DISPLAYED HERE IS COST OF PRODUCT WITH TAX Total products: $14.34 Shipping: $7.80 Total (tax excl.): $21.05 Total tax: $1.09 Total: $22.14 If I refresh the page I get below which is correct Skin Care Lotion - 2oz $13.25 Total products: $13.25 Total shipping: $7.80 Total (tax excl.): $21.05 Total tax: $1.09 Total: $22.14 Any help is greatly appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
