Bonjour à toutes et tous en ce joli lundi !

Depuis trois ou quatre jours, sur mon site il est impossible d'enregistrer un nouveau compte.

J'ai le fameux message

 

"TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form.
Details:
Error thrown: [object Object]
Text status: parsererror.

 

De plus, lorsque je me connecte avec un compte existant, PS me dit qu'il n'y a aucun compte à l'adresse email renseignée.

 

J'ai utilisé la console Java de FF, et j'ai identifié l'objet de la panne dans un des fichier java du dossier cache de mon thème

Le message associé : L'utilisation de « getPreventDefault() » est obsolète. Utiliser « defaultPrevented » à la place.

J'ai modifié le fichier, mais cela ne change rien.

J'ai fouillé sur le net, mais je n'ai pas trouvé de réponse adaptée.

Qu'en pensez vous?.

il faut aller vérifier les pages de votre site dans SEO&URL et controler si authentification.php existe bien

apparamment avec firefox , cela  tente d'appeler authentication et non authentification ..bizare bizarre , peut être avez vous modifié des choses à l'endroit que j'ai cité

Merci pour votre réponse. Oui, authentification.php existe bien, et non je n'ai rien modifié sur cette page. Comme vous dites, bizarre, bizarre...

De plus, j'ai remplacé ce fichier par un autre plus ancien, mais rien n'y fait. L'embêtant, c'est que personne ne peux s'inscrire sur le site ...

Suite de mes déboires...

J'ai édité authentification.tpl, modifié la ligne 166  "boutton par submit" et inversement.

J'ai vidé tous les cookies de session, et ceux du domaine, déconnecté tous les comptes.

Mais toujours pas de résultat. Cela se produit sur l'ensemble des navigateurs.

Firebug identifie toujours une erreur sur un fichier J-Query qui se situe dans le dossier cache de mon thème, ligne 2 :

J'ai copié un authentification.tpl tout propre sur phpkode, mais rien n'y fait. Ce qui me fait me dire que c'est certainement un module qui cause problème. J'ai désinstallé le module de recherche rapide car j'ai lu plusieurs fois qu'il posait soucis. Mais cela ne marche pas.
