J'aimerai leur envoyer un email automatiquement après 5 jours en leur proposant une petite réduction pour les inciter à revenir et à commander. J. Danse Posted March 16, 2014 Share Posted March 16, 2014 Bonjour, Il s'agit de la relance panier. Un module natif (et donc gratuit) est disponible à cet égard (followup / "Relance panier"). Marlènee Posted May 7, 2014 Author Share Posted May 7, 2014 Je viens de faire le test en créant un compte, et commençant à passer commande sur mon site, mais sans procéder au paiement, pour voir si le mail s'envoie correctement et la dessus pas de souci. Par contre, le code de réduction donné (FLW-1-HPZC0MGDYJ) ne fonctionne malheureusement pas. Pourtant, je peux la trouver dans mon admin (Promotions > Règles panier), la date est bonne, le nom est bon et le pourcentage aussi. Cependant, il n'y a rien d'écrit dans la colonne "Code". Contrairement a beaucoup d'autres forums sur des logiciels ou d'autres CMS... Il n'y a vraiment que très peu de personnes qui participent... dommage.
