Use customer service with guest accounts

I've got a webshop that only got guest accounts. I choose for this option, because my product last long so my customers don't com back most of the time.

 

But sometimes my costumers have a problem and send me a message trough the customer service. But because they don't have a account, prestashop cannot match with a customer in the backoffice.

Because of that, i cannot see the order information in 1 screen.

 

Is there a possibility, that I can match a tread with a guest customer?
