Cintia
Hi, See the attached screenshots the customer sent me A customer just placed an order and for some reason the total price displayed does not correspond to the actual amount we obtain by adding the shipping costs to the product price. The funny part is that she was charged nor the total which is displayed in the order summary nor the actual total but a higher price... I don't know what the hell happened, but this was the first and last time I had this problem since later orders were all ok. Any idea on what could have happened? Thanks for reading! stottycabanas
Hi Cintia, from a quick look at your screenshots, all seems to be in order. Product price = 24,77€ less the welcome voucher discount of 4,95€ gives 19,82€. Add the 9,00€ for shipping to get a total of 28,82€. This is the total amount in the order summary and is also the amount taken via PayPal. Perhaps if it included the minus sign in the lower part of the order summary, i.e. 'Total vouchers: -4,95€', it would be a little clearer. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but the amount paid by the customer seems correct. Cheers, Dave
