justcallmek Posted February 18, 2014 Share Posted February 18, 2014 Hello, I purchased a theme from themeforest.com.I used the one-click install from godaddy.com in order to set up my account, and I have been able to do everything on the provided documentation accept for actually installing the theme. I have logged in to the prestashop but suddenly (it seemed fine yesterday) if I am unable to go to most of the pages besides the system dashboard. I have cleared my cache, tried several browsers and two computers, but for some reason, after logging in, the screen goes blank if I attempt clicking on any tabs. I've attached a photo of what happens. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I hope someone can help me with this.
