Different colour template for a specific category

Hi,

 

I have a Prestashop 1.5.6.0 version, and I want to have another colour of template for a specific category.

 

I will start with a new category of products, and I want to separate the product I already have from the new products with another colour of blocks, menu...

 

I'm thinking that has to be something about CSS, cause I want the same structure but change all the colours of the frontend. for these category.

 

Now my site is blue and I would like that this new category ( that will be organic products ) be green colour.
