Issue with the menu MegaNav on the product page

Hi everybody,

 

I customize a Prestashop website for one of my clients and I have a problem with the MegaNav menu. It is not displayed correctly on the Products page.

Here is the homepage: http://dev-action2i.fr/dabaze/

You can visualize the CATEGORIES menu, with pictures et sub-categories.

It's the same menu on the other pages except a product page: http://dev-action2i.fr/dabaze/home/16-la-kolok-au-zenith.html  (you can see ? and no sub-categories).

 

To be close to the client's graphic model, I had to put the MegaNav code in the header.tpl

You can find on attachments my files header.tpl and product.tpl

I tried a lot of tests without success. It seems that the categories can't be find in the product page.

 

If you see something it will be very very helpful.
