Newsletter add mail to the DB but not sending confirmation

Hi All,

 

My block newsletter does not work. I put e-mail address in the newsletter form, clicked on ‘Send’ button and homepage only reloaded (I have 'Error during subscription'). I have never received any e-mail confirmation.

 

Newsletter module is adding e-mail address to the 'ps_newsletter' table in the database, but it is unable to send confirmation e-mail. What is strange I cannot retrieve addresses using exporting CSV file from the admin panel.

 

PrestaShop Version: 1.5.4.1
Theme: alysum_2.0

 

I know that it's not template issue because I have already talked with guys who created those template. Here is the discussion: http://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=details&task_id=2984

 

Could you please help? It is very important for me.

Hi Michal ,

 

Even if you think that it is not the module…

You should start with a complete re-install process of the module

In a very numerous case it solve the problem
