URENIGMA
Hope someone has a fix for this. I have search for hours, tried every fix through searches in this forum and Google. Even this one with all it's likes and tried all the way to trying an old 1.5.3.1 file with edits. http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-8705 No luck Someone else is having this issue as well and has been ignored in the forum: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/284931-prestashop-virtual-product-download-link-is-not-getting-by-email/ PayPal is the only payment module active on the system. The system sends all emails except the download email, and the Order History area of the customers Account section does not have the download link for the file. More than myself need this fix. As of right now, a Free download product is the only item on the site. Site is using the default Core template. No modifications to OrderHistory.php, or any other Core files has been made. Site URL is http://sacsteamswap.lasknet.net Thanks, David
URENIGMA
Anyone have any idea? Thing I did find is If item is set to a negative number it does work. PayPal still does still complete the order and money still does go to the Paypal account. I had to disable the test product for now, and ANY help would be most appreciated on this one. JulieandBlu
I want to bump this up because suddenly I am having this exact same problem on a site that has been up and running most of last year with no problems. The downloads worked fine, and suddenly, I lost the download links. 1.5.6.2 - I have to set all my downloads to a negative number, which makes them work, but the order status is now on backorder, and that will confuse my customers. This just happened in the last 30 days or so, and I don't recall updating anything, so I don't even know where to look. Rather than have to adjust the inventory totals for over 700 products, I want to know why this happened and how to fix it. Why did no one answer this when this was asked a year ago? Updating to the latest Prestashop is not an option for me. It does not suit my product. Thanks so much!
