Remove Unwanted Fields on Account Registration

Hi there,

 

I bought a theme from Themeforest and develop a custom one checkout page to make checkout process easier and faster.

 

The first problem is, when I go to Create An Account, there are some unwanted fields (please refer 1 & 2attachments) I tried to remove them using Localization > Countries but it seems to be the same, already clear caches.

 

The second problem appear when I tried to remove those fields, there is something else missing inside the form at the one page checkout(please refer 3& 4 attachment)

 

Please help, this is the final checkpoint before the site go alive.
