TemplateMela Stationary Theme footer screwed up

Hi there,I recently bought the following theme

I applied it to:

 

http://www.mightyutan.com.my

 

As you can see in the footer by comparing both, the back ground is screwed up. Same with responsive on mobile device.

 

I don't understand why it is doing this. 

 

I tried replacing all the theme files to no avail. When I do a fresh install on a different site it works fine.
