Different prices for different payment methods

Problem:
I want mine prices in shop to be displayed for cash and i want to apply aditional fee if credit card payment is selected instead of cash or bankwire.

Solution:
Iw been thinking how to solve mine problem... maybe this could work?

Lets say i want a product to cost 1000$ with tax.
I then actualy increase its price in shop for aproximatly 11% and after that i also apply reduction of 10% so that i still have its price properly displayed in shop as 1000$.

Now i want that bankwire process final retail prices (ones that include 10% reduction).
And that creditcard payment module process retail price with tax (price withouth 10% reduction).

Is this doable?
Anyone willing to do this modification for me? i am willing to pay.

Have you found a possibility for doing this?
I want to have automatic price reduction if customer decides to pick up goods at our store or pay by bankwire (which is cheaper than paypal...)
