Photos ne s'affichent plus, carrousel si.

Bonsoir,

 

J'ai un problème avec mon site, lorsque j'installe un thème, mes photos des produits ne s'affichent plus alors que le carrousel, lui, fonctionne parfaitement.

Chose bizarre, lorsque je passe sur le thème par défaut de prestashop, les photos réapparaissent.

 

Quel serait le problème ?

Tout d'abord merci de poster dans le bon forum, je déplace le topic dans le forum Difficultés, pannes ou erreurs rencontrées.

 

Vous voulez parler des produits phares sur la page d'accueil ?

Est-ce que le module est activé dans le back office ?

Une url permettrai de regarder directement si une erreur est visible.

Votre thème doit utiliser des formats qui ne sont peut être pas disponibles dans l'onglet Images en back office.

 

Par exemple http://id-phone.fr/id-phone/img/p/1/5/15-mlook15_home.jpg, vérifiez que le format "home" existe bien, sinon le créer et le re générer en dessous.

En vérifiant dans le dossier images, les images ne sont pas présentes. Le fait de regénérer ne les créés pas forcément?

Si il trouve l'originale dans ce dossier normalement si. Il y a des images de produit a la racine de img/p/ ?

Il y a des images au format fr-default-home.jpg, fr-default-large.jpg etc...

J'ai dit une bêtise le format doit se nommer "mlook15_home" et non "home"peut être ?
