Backend Only Carriers

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if its possible to have carriers that are only visible in the backend?

 

Ill explain the situation, I personally only have 1 carrier I use, FedEx. However, sometimes I get my suppliers to ship directly using their carriers (for arguments sake, lets say UPS).

When customers shop via my web site, they should only ever have the FedEx option, but I want the UPS option in the backend in the instance that my supplier ships it directly and I can still add the tracking number / url so that my customer can track his order.
