It was working fine I thought and was showing as closed as the products are not all added yet. The project was postponed for a few months. Now I've revisited to find the shop is open (yikes!) and I cant login to the Back Office. Now the shop being open could be a red herring as the client also has access and may have enabled the shop. She says she hasn't but it wouldn't be the first time a client has done this and denied it! I've managed to close it via phpMyadmin. More importantly I cant access the Back Office with either of our account logins. I've tried different browsers and cleared the cache. I've checked the phpMyadmin and I've tried to login with the encrypted password as well as the usual one. I've also tried resetting the password but the reset email never arrives. I've searched through the forum but I cant see what else to try. Please can anyone help?
