[SOLVED] BO issue: products duplicated in every single Order Page

Hi! I've an issue in a website I created for a client.

Prestashop version is 1.5.2.0.

 

That is the issue:

 

- order is received

- my client access Back Office to take a look at the order details

- although the customer ordered, for example, 1 oil can, he find that there are 3 oil cans in the order detail page.

- the strange thing is that the total price, with shipping costs, is for 1 oil can + shipping costs, that is correct price.

 

The customer in Front Office haven't that issue, he see correctly what he buy, so it's only an issue in BO.

 

Website is online since last year and never had that issue. The only thing changed by the last year is the add of shipping cost for other countries than Italy, but I don't understand how that can affect the quantity of products showed in order page details.

I hope that somebody can help to solve that, I'm struggling with that but I don't find any solution and my client call me everyday.

Problem solved! Was a problem related to Geolocation. Deactivate it and all works again.
