Marketplace where customers put articles to sell others and i take some % over sold stuff?

This is my  first post, hello everyone :-) 

 

I have a project in mind since some weeks i want to build a marketplace about sell/buy like people put their stuff and i will get a % over every sold item. 

 

Is this possible and how? I know a lot of payment gateways gets comissions too, and that will be okay anyway depending of how much.

 

I will also need that any user can register, and put their items to selling, and then when other customer buy it, they make the payment and i receive my part.
