Status change no email sent.

Hello,

I have a problem with Status. I have created new Status and select option to send email and also select templete for that email. You can see screen shoot in attachments.

 

Problem is that when I go to Orders and when I change status for order to one that I created, mail is not sent.

 

Order confiramtion and account creation mails are sent. But this email is not.

 

Can some help with this?

Hi! 

I just had the same problem, but I found the problem.

I our case, it was because we only had made a new html file for the new status and not a .txt file.

So try making a txt file with the same name as the html file for all your statuses.
