spaceman Posted October 1, 2013 Share Posted October 1, 2013 Sorry, I know this issue can be easily resolved with v1.3+ but I'm using an old 1.0 version of Prestashop and can't upgrade as it's highly modified... Every now and then a customer places an order and makes a successful payment, but for whatever reason the order doesn't transfer to the ps_orders table in my database. Therefore the orders don't appear in my back office. My question is pretty straightforward: can I just insert a new line in my ps_orders table and copy across the cart info etc?
