CSS layout of the website

Hi guys,

 

First of all this is my website: www.CommunicateGSM.ro - as I dont pretty much anything about coding and stuff I think I did a good job so far (of course I couldnt have done it without you) but I want to change it a little.

 

I want my website to have the layout like this one: www.quickmobile.ro

 

I mean a scrolling down middle white backgrounded information and a fixed backround with another color in the back (it looks like the white information is overriding the fixed background)

 

Is it hard to do? Can you please share if I can do this or should I contact a specialist to help me out?

You can buy a theme with this feature from prestashop addons and install it  or there maybe much easy ways .

 

Or

 

You can do what i did .

 

Install wp style switcher and choose a style , and go to public_html/modules/wpstyleswitcher/images/patterns

 

and find the image name you choosed before and replace that image with any thing you want.

Well I asked someone and it told me to google it as its not hard, I just have to alter the css abit I think,

 

I know how to put a fixed background but what I actually need is the content-box (check attachment) to be white and the background to be under it.

 

Can I do that?
