Canada Post "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address."

So, I'm pretty much stuck. I have Canada Post configured on Presta Shop side and on Canada Post side. I've gone through countless forum topics looking for a solution, but none seem to be what I need. I've also read Vekia's guide on the matter.

 

I read somewhere that Canada Post doesn't like Width, Height and Depth being defined on a product so I removed those attributes from one of my products for testing though I still get the "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address." upon trying to checkout with said item.

 

Can anyone provide me with a list of known issues, or things I should be making sure are done? If not, how can I go about getting someone to look into the matter? I've been trying to get this sorted out for over a week and it's really quite frustrating at this point. I simply cannot figure out how/what I'm doing wrong.
