problem while updating

hello 

 

i had update to the newest version 

but after finishing i found all my data lost 

and i enter to database from php my admin 

and delete all tables and upload it again from a backup i was made by the old version 

the most things come back but i cant access to the cpanel 

it gives me wrong user or pass 

and when i click for restoring my password 

it gives me msg "  An error occurred while attempting to change your password. "

 

what can i do to access to my cpanel ???
