astraljr Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Hi I have prestashop 1.5.1.0 and a latest fedex free module version. I have enabled, checked, the smartpost but its still not showing in the list of shipping in the front end. I also have fedex grounds that is working ok, I copy the configuration, price range and weight range but still not working. Our client said that they have enabled the smartpost service in fedex. Question is there a way to test why am I not getting the smartpost in the front end of our shop and is there some other requirements to use fedex smartpost?
