jmcmorrow Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 Can anyone help me with trying to install Prestashop. I have been trying to get it to work for the last couple of hors, but cannot see where I am going wrong. I have downloaded Prestashop and uploaded the files to my root directory using FTP. When I go to the url of my site I am getting the following error: Error occurred: 404 - not found And the I am unable to get to the install window. jonmig Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 hi I'm experiencing this same error too however its happening to me straight after I have fully installed and opened the back office, as soon as I setup my domain name in the control panel and then search for my site within the url it says that my web-site must be configured wrong have you entered your server direction correctly? ie www.mywebsite.com/install cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
