TurnIM
Hello I have some trouble during the checkout. At step 2 (Login) I receive a 403 error The site can be checked here http://www.turnintermedia.com/clients/anilloscr/en/ This is a default setup, only added spanish as second language to it Any idea what is going wrong here? Thanks for any help
TurnIM
As a addon, the weird thing is that when i browse the mobile site (link at the bottom) it works just fine. I'm completelly puzzled by this problem......
TurnIM
and another side note, i went back to the web view (logged in as client) and now it works. I just tried on a different computer and as long as i'm not logged in it will give me the same error again. It seems that this has something to do with the registration / authentication part. But I can't figure it out

TurnIM
Hi Schott i appreciate if you can help me out here I figured out that it only happens on the webbrowser, using the default 5step checkout, and it only happens when clients are not registered/logged in So far i can tell there is some error inside authentication. Its so weird, since it works flawlessly on the mobile view I hope someone can help me to get this fixed, otherwise i can't use prestashop and would have to find another cart solution All the best Louis
TurnIM
I decided to go with the one step checkout, which works just fine. If anybody has an idea how i can fix the 5 step checkout, then i will change it back
TurnIM
I just did a fresh instll on the master domain (version 1.5.5) and checked the checkout BEFORE changing anything. I got the same error here too, so it's a bug which should be fixed. To be honest, i'm wondering why no admin is reading this post and get us a solution...
