Error "Country cannot be loaded with address->id_country"

As moderator closed the previous topic about this problem. I create on his advice a new one.

 

When I try to make guest purchase or register, I can't do it - displayed errors:

 

There is 3 ошибка(ок):

• id страны необходим.
  
• город необходим.
  
• Country cannot be loaded with address->id_country
  

in English:

01. id country is needed

02. city is needed

03. country cannot be loaded with adress->id_country

 

Can you help me please?
