dxy2jbaby
Hello Everyone, Recently our website is hooked up with " Cloudflare" everything is running smoothly. Except when we were performing a search function on the back office for inventories. There is an error will not let me search for order numbers. They're telling me " Any place that is sending an abnormally large number of cookies or large heaeder would be an issue here." https://support.cloudflare.com/entries/24929073 I have no idea what to do , please help thanks
El Patron
they also stated "If you are seeing a 520 error on your website, please pull the corresponding error log from your server and submit to our support team. Please include the Ray ID from the 520 CloudFlare Error page. You can find the Ray ID at the bottom of the error page." did you locate your error log? if not contact your hosting company on how you view it. then hopefully you can submit to their support team. Trip
If you have no problems with the front office than use a subdomain to access your backoffice which is not routed through cloudflare. They can not handle the large cookies which are generated by the PS backoffice. Regards, trip

dxy2jbaby
Problems that I face while using Cloudflare are .. in BO i can't change to other page (shipping , orders, customer, etc. ) Also randomly at some part of the website they see the site offline messa Someone mentioned page rule will help this product , but what is the script? jdelgado
Page rule didn't work out for me. After contacting Cloudflare they said this is caused by the abnormal size of the headers in Prestashop, so it makes sense to try the subdomain I guess, but I don't know how to test that. I mean, my site is running on domain.com and the admin folder is just there at: domain.com/admin So how can I change it now to something like http://admin.domain.com ?
