Paypal module, sending a payment link

Hi all,

 

After hours and hours of trying to get EU intra community supply VAT 0% group working I'm giving up. I would have needed the feature to sell with VAT 0% to other companies within EU area, but prestashop only allows the taxes to be set according to shipping or billing address.

 

I have decided to manage all the wholesale orders in old fashioned way so that customers sends an email with the order and all the needed info. I create the customer in BO and make the order in the shop. I create a country using form: country:__________ and associate it to a zone with VAT 0%. All the EU intra community supply customers have the created country in their address. When I print the shops and customers invoices I'll write the actual country by hand.

 

My actual question is, if I create the order by myself is it possible to send the Paypal link to the customer so that it keeps all the info about the order. I mean the page that shows up after confirming payment with paypal.
