CMS Block in Header

I am trying to find how to get the CMS block that I have created to display in the header. It is showing fine in the footer but I am wanting other CMS pages to be displayed in the header. For example, a link that says Information that then displays the other links when Information is hovered over.

 

If this can't be done please tell me how to get it to display on the left column. Here is my information about my site:
