Limiting when a product is available

Good Morning:

 

I'm evaluating Prestashop to see if it will work with offering classes. I'm going to be doing CPR and First aid type classes, and am looking to see if this is possible.

 

What I"m wanting to do is see if I can put in where after a certain date it will not show as available any longer. Such as:

 

CPR Class - September 1, 2013

 

After august 29, it will no longer show up if all the available slots are not taken by students.

 

 

I've done a forum search with no luck so wondered if anyone knew of a way to accomplish this.
