Doubt about Prestashop characteristics

Hello everyone,

 

first, i must ask your forgiveness as I am not a native speaker.

 

My name is John and I am looking to create a store with Prestashop. I've been collecting information for a time from forums and blogs, and I've found many comments about that Prestashop requires somre extra addons to run properly and that the initial setup isn't good enough. I've been unable to find anything more about these addons or which problems they solve so I am looking for your help in this matter.

 

I am also very interested interestes in the experiences of people who have recently set up a shop: which problems they have found, which addons they consider necessary, etcetera.

 

Finally, I must say that i am not troll, I am simply looking for factual data about prestashop so i can decide better what to do.

Prestashop ecommerce solution is ready go as soon as you download, populate with products and descriptions and add a payment gateway.

 

PS comes with many modules as default, just look in your back office, their are of course, many other modules that add extra benefits in modules and paid for modules, just check the forum or google .

 

Most people do want to change the default theme to suit themselves and what they are selling, this is easily done in your database and if you have problems these will be answered on the forum.

 

I personally think that PS is, for me a perfert solution and have three sites using this platform.
