Some products have free shipping for one carrier (say Cerrier A), but will be charged regular shipping fee (based on weight) if customers choose other carriers. 2. Some products have free shipping for one carrier (say Carrier if the total order amount is over a certain amount (say $100), but will be charged regular shipping fee (based on weight) if customers choose other carriers. 3.
