When I go to the module of facets, and give select categories, and select all categories or specific categories, as in select the filters I have loaded all the time and does not show me anything. I have prestashop and other facilities not happened to me, anyone knows what it might be. Nor am I going to give the 4 links above that index, and looked at the folder permissions are 755 and as recommended in a post on this forum.
