Moving prestashop - problem with broken links

Hi, I recently tryied to move my Prestashop 1.4.2 to different domain, from supertopky.sk to obuv-kabelky.sk and I´ve got a problem with broken links.I changed values in PS_SHOP_DOMAIN (and .._SSL) , changed settings.inc.php file according new domain settings...anyone who know where is problem and would be so good to try and explain it to me? try this back office-->tools-->generators

also you should always install a clean native ps of your version on the new server so that the installation can warn you of any missing server requirements. if all looks good then you can move your production site....doing this first can save you loads of debug time....

I´m not able to go into admin page, when i try it´s always the same, page not found.. I´m going to try and instal there prestashop and athen rewrite with my file....hope it will work

what do you get when you try to access your back office? I had assumed that was working but you were just having problems with your front office.

what´s the difference between back and front office? I can go to ftp, db settings, but i can´t connect do admin dashboard and everything where i need to type url...that´s always page not found

back office is your prestashop admin, add products/cats/modules etc etc..,,front office is what your visitors see

 

so if you can access and log into your back office, then try as I suggested, regenerate .htaccess

but I can´t enter backoffice...i can´t connect to admin dashboard, it will write page not found....

sorry about that....I got confused with you question of what is the back office...

 

maybe try this, rename .htaccess to _htaccess

 

but what's strange is the the .htaccess is not used in accessing the back office (pretty sure)
