[Solved]Serious problem - sort categories by ID

Hi all,

 

I am using prestashop 1.5.3.1,

 

I import categories via csv, but last category and subcategories is missmatched.

 

How to sort via phpadmin in my database, categories by ID...

 

Best categores ID from 1600.

 

Is it possible ?

If i will click on sorting triangle of subcategories, it returns me to main categories view and didnt make any sorting. strange..

Could you please send me either access to Database or to Administration into PM? Are you sure there is no infinite loop kind of thingie in the import file? Also, first imported category had what ID? 1?

First category starts from ID = 3, problem occurs after category ID 1600 where categories id are scattered, not sorted by ID.

 

Sorry, but no access. Nobody meets similar problem ?

Personally, I had a similar problem which was sorted by a re-upload of the csv file..which looks like it won't help in this case as I made the error of starting with first category having the ID of 1.

 

So without the access or look into DB there is nothing much I can do..

Solved.

 

Only by manual movement of categories in backoffice.

 

This ID order sequence missmatching seems to be related to higher ID which are subcategories to lower ID, because of that during csv import happend this movement.

 

Manual movement, no other way to solve.
