squareone
Hi all: I am stumped on how to properly handle this. I am a drop shipper. I have set my shipping fees according to weight. The first weight group has a stiff shipping fee whereas the next groups have a much smaller "add-on product" fee. So it may be $10 to ship one hat, but only $13 to ship 2 hats etc. So far so good. Here is the rub! I am a drop shipper. So if a customer orders a hat from supplier A and then a shirt from supplier B I have a problem. Prestashop doesn't distinguish between suppliers in the order (ASFAIK), but in reality actually have 2 separate orders, 1 to each supplier, but I am only charging an add-on shipping fee for the shirt instead of the stiff shipping fee (which is what the drop shipper will charge me). Is there a solution for this?

squareone
Nope. I never did come up with a solution. I worked around it by incorporating the shipping into my prices and then offering free shipping.
