Contact form only with email and body (and captcha?)

Hi all,

 

The actual contact form has too much fields as for my needs. How is it possible to:

 

1. Remove the Subject/Heading + Order ID fields, and

2. Leave only the Email Address + Text fields?

 

Is there any way to add an antispam filter to this contact form, like a captcha or something like that?

 

As a suggestion for futures developments, it would be nice to create a BO section for the contact page, where from users could decide which field they like to have or not.

I need this info as well. I have only one contact address, yet it forces the user to use the dropdown list.

It looks like the file "contact-form.tpl" is where to change the data. There are two versions - one in /themes/default and another in /themes/default/mobile.

 

I have no idea what to change, though.
