Squeaky Shoes Posted July 29, 2009 Share Posted July 29, 2009 I have received my first order (sort of) at my prestashop store (squeakers by olivia)---NEED HELP!!! Customer emailed because the cart total changed during checkout--added more money???? I have tried to fix this but am not having much luck. PLEASE HELP!!Problem: When I add a pair of toddler squeaky shoes to the cart, it displays correctly, $17.95 with free shipping. However, during the checkout process, after I click next on the address page, the cart total changes to $18.56, adding 61 cents to the order total. I thought that it might be a tax issue so I checked taxes under 'payment' and the taxes are disabled under the tax options. If you know what I do to fix this, please let me know. Thank you!
