kernelzx Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 I have a problem with the shipping calculator in the shopping-cart summary. It randomly assigns the highest shipping price to certain quantities. If you look at the screenshots you can see that the shipping for 8 pieces is $21 (i have an $8 handling charge) while the shipping cost for 9 pieces is $158, and then 10 pieces goes back to normal at $24 shipping. I don't see anything wrong so I'm not sure whether this is a bug or I just have the wrong setting somewhere. I've attached the shipping screen and product page for this part in case that helps. This is pretty rare, but it happens at certain quantities for around 25% of my products. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
