Paypal Error Help

Hi all,

 

I'm having a problem with my website (UK Based) when my customers from the USA are trying to order they get an error showing up at checkout. I'm using paypal payments pro and the 3 click system for the checkout.

 

The error I'm getting is :

 

PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2013-02-26T04:08:11ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10729L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address State EmptyL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The field Shipping Address State is requiredL_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

 

I have researched into this and have had various different answers on the way. Some suggest to use the paypal express and to click "No" to the 3 click checkout. Problem is here I want to use the paypal pro to process the card transactions !

 

Seen a few others saying about installing the localization packs for each country but not sure if that has worked either :/

 

Please anyone here can help us out with this issue.
