Contact Form In Product Tab

[BL_promo]

I wish to insert a form in one tab of the product page.

The tab is acreated and works fine.

But I can only insert html code in this tab, so I have created a complete module and sending via email code (a php page) and I insert this in my tab using one iframe.

Now, I have some problems:

 

1 - how can I read the product id in this page, external to prestashop?

 

2 - it is possible to use the form function native, considering that I have some personalized fileds? in this way maybe I can use a normal mode, without iframe.
