[email protected] Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 We have previously installed 4 versions of 1.5.2 Preatshop without any issues, but this week when we try and install the latest version everything goes as it should but we are not able to login from a web browser or do anything with regards to the access of the store or admin. We run our own IIS 2008 R2 servers. This is on a virtual 2008 R2 dedicated to PHP only. So we begain trouble shooting and have determined that no database tables are being created during the install process. During the process PrestaShop verifies the connection to the database and verifies all rights to directories are set correctly. The same process as the previous sucessful installs. We have attempted to reinstall 1.5.3 four or 5 times. We also tried to install 1.5.2 and 1.4.10. All attempts have the same failed result. All installs do not create database tables. We have created new blank MYSQL database each time we attempt an install. We have had two additional PHP guys that run their own PHP servers look into the issue and both are stumped. (Sometimes, fresh eyes can find something...but not this time.) Does anyone have any suggestions of where we can go from here? Or anything to look at....we are out of ideas and up against some serious deadlines. One issue is this is a live server that already has 4 stores installed so we can not take this server down. The previously installed stores all work fine, it is just the new installs.
