These are: www.Aluminiashoppen.dk - www.teknobiler.dk by Servage.net And: www.netshop4all.dk - www.ccasino-online.com with Surftown.dk Once I have uploaded all the files from Prestashop and restart the domain of I the following message every time: The website encountered an error while retrieving http://aluminiashoppen.dk/install/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly. HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected event while the server was attempting to fulfill the request. I'll be nowhere near the installer. I have communicated with supporters of both providers (servage.net and surftown.dk) but they could not give any explanation for what is wrong. Supporters from Servage.net have said that there should be the following: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected \ 'require_once \' (T_REQUIRE_ONCE) in / mounted-storage/home150/sub045/sc80431-OXSB/aluminiashoppen.dk/config/config . inc.php on line 27th When I have a prestashop 1.5.3 (www.salgtilalle.dk) running at Servage.net I compared config.inc.php away with it as supporters believed to be the problem - but the two files are 100% identical. Servage.net has a Autoinstaller which works very well and through it you can get Installed Prestashop 1.4.9 after which you can updetere it to v. 1.5.3. Of course, I also tried this, but after using 1-click feature will I know that it's okay and updated, but it is still v.1.4.9 I really hope that I can get assistance to solve the problem so I can start using my online shop. El Patron Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 it is quite impossible that you could not find the proper way to turn on errors...I apologize if there was confustion in reading the 'how to'...you should remove the change and turn on errors properly... I would not use someone elses installer to build my prestashop, unless you do not have ftp and phpmyadmin(mysql) access to your hosting account, if that is true you should find another hosting company. It's looks to me like you should delete everything and start over. delete the install done by your hosting company (root files/db) create a new db get latest version of ps unzip it ftp up to your hosting account run the install... I have deleted and uploaded Prestashopfilerne 12 times distributed between 3 different downloads of PS. Always with the same result. With regard to the db then it probably does not contact with the installation before it is run and the relevangte information is entered? - And since I never get into the installation, db do not have any effect on the problem.
