Arnel
Hello Spiritmedia, What modifications were you trying to do? And what version ? Have you checked the log files on the server? Are they showing any other error messages? Give us a little information and we will investigate the issue further. Regards, Arnel C. spiritmedia
I currently using the latest version 1.5.3.1 Actually, I try to replace the "powered by". But the website showing PHP encounter access violation after I uploaded the file. I suspecting that it was file permission issue, since I can't install prestashop using 755. Arnel
Hello Spiritmedia! If you haven't already found the solution to this, the item you're trying to remove is actually part of the Module interface that Prestashop gives you access to. It doesn't give you an option to change that text, but you CAN remove it. You need to go to the MODULES section of PrestaShop Dashboard and search for CMS block configuration Click on Configure Look in the Footer section and you'll see the checkbox for "powered by" - you can uncheck this. Hope this helps! Arnel C. Web Hosting Hub
