KamranMK Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 I am really wondering to ask if its possible for staff to add orders in the backend without creating a customer account, just by entering name, mobile number and adress into the field, without any password request or anything as i know this can be done in opencart, but not sure if its possible in prestashop 1.5? Arnel Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Hello KamranMK, You cannot have an order without relating it to a customer account. Unfortunately, that isn't the way the order system works in Prestashop. It's probably possible to create a module that allows you to create temporary accounts so that when you enter a specific name in the order, a routine can later go back into the database and delete the temporary account after the order is completed.
