Back Office Admin Loop after enabling mcrypt option

Hey all,

 

I'm having great difficulty accessing the back office since I migrated my install to my VPS. Everything was working fine until I changed the Ciphering to mcrypt and now I am unable to login to the back office, I don't get any errors it just redirects to the login page each time I try to login.

 

Is there a way to change the Ciphering back to the BlowFish option without using the back office?

 

I've deleted the smarty cache, tried to manually reset my password via the database and I'm running out of ideas now.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
